ROSE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION GRANT TO ASSIST SCHOOLS WITH UPDATE CURRICULUM TRAINING

All Teacher Cadet programs will complete an update training on the new 10th Edition of the curriculum on April 21, 2011.  The Rose Community Foundation provides grant support to assist schools with the cost of the new curriculum and expenses for the day.

UN. OF NORTHERN COLORADO ARTICULATION AGREEMENT    

Teacher Cadet is excited to announce that students, who complete the honors Teacher Cadet course with a B or better and attend UNC, will receive credit for the EDF366 Education Foundations course.  This is a very positive step towards building a career pathway for teachers in Colorado.  Congratulations to UNC for having vision!

COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY PUEBLO ARTIUCLATION             

Teacher Cadet is excited to announce a partnership with CSU Pueblo.  Students will be able to apply for ED 202, Education Foundations, credit as a result of successful completion of the honors Teacher Cadet course.  Thank you to CSU Pueblo for sharing the vision of the teaching pathway.

UN. OF COLORADO AT DENVER CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES           

UCD is continuing the credit opportunities offered to Teacher Cadets and the site teachers working with Cadets during the field experience.  Students have the option to earn two credits towards college teacher education field experience hours.   Teachers working with Teacher Cadets during the field experience also have the opportunity to earn additional graduate credits.  Thank you to UCD for your continued support of a teacher career pathway!

COLORADO CHRISTIAN UNVERSITY ARTICULATION                          

Colorado Christian University has worked out an agreement with Teacher Cadet to offer credit to those students who complete TC with a B or better credit for EPS 203 and 20 hours towards required EDU field experience.   We are delighted to acknowledge another Colorado University with forward thinking.

UCCS OFFERS COLORADO SPRINGS TEACHER CADETS CREDIT OPPORTUNITY

The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs offers a concurrent credit opportunity for Teacher Cadets through an innovative combination of Teacher Credit course work and seminars at the university campus.

COLORADO COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM TEACHER ARTICULATION

CCCS signed at state-wide articulation agreement with Teacher Cadet.  This provides those students, with a B or better in Teacher Cadet, who enroll in the community college system the opportunity to receive credit for the elementary Intro to Education course.
